1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
3 cloves minced garlic
3/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

For the ricotta:
3 cups ricotta
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
