Ingredients
8.8 oz udon noodles (250g)
1 1/2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 teaspoon gochujang Korean chili paste
1/3 cup finely chopped spring onions plus extra for garnish
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon sesame seeds plus extra for garnish
1 tablespoon chili flakes
Small piece of ginger grated (about 1 teaspoon)
1 garlic clove grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 lime Juice of lime
1 tablespoon sugar optional, but recommended

These noodles are gonna be your new favorite weeknight meal. It’s creamy, dreamy and spicy! Oh and did I mention it’s easy to make? Go give it a try; you won’t be disappointed. Here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
- Noodles
- 1 spring onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small ginger piece, minced
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (I used @depindakaaswinkel lemongrass & chili PB)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced

RECIPE:
1. Sauté your onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant. 
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients for the sauce and add it to the pan with some cooked noodles.
3. Serve right away and garnish with spring onions and white sesame seeds
4. ENJOY!
