I am glad that doesn’t happen with the velvet macarons because I love them so much! I can’t believe it’s been over a year when I first introduced this technique to the IG world! I am so glad you all love it as much as I do! Technique: Ground over baked/failed/ extra macarons (I use a spice grinder) and then sprinkle them on top of just piped macarons using a fine mesh sieve.
