These bell peppers are stuffed with an easy tuna salad and can be eaten like a sandwich! They are low carb and high protein, and this recipe is perfect for a healthy lunch or picnic! The ingredients are affordable and the dish is filling.

Ingredients:
-4 cans of tuna in water or oil 
-2 whole bell peppers, halved and stem removed 
-2 celery ribs, thinly sliced 
-1 medium onion, small diced 
-1/3 cup mayonnaise (can use greek yogurt for more protein)
-2 tbs dijon mustard 
-1/2 tsp salt 
-1/2 tsp black pepper 
-1/4 tsp red chili flakes 

Instructions:
-cut a small square around the stem to cleanly remove it without cutting too much of the pepper
