1️⃣ Nerve Flossing - priming nerve movement as well as hamstring passive motion.
2️⃣ Heel Slides - maintain heel against table. Use strap assist if active motion alone painful.
3️⃣ Hamstring Isometric - press into physioball maintaining an isometric hold. Hold 10 seconds each.
