It’s a fantastic workout that can be done anywhere and does not require any equipment. Here is a beginner version, so if you are just starting out in Fitness, there is no reason why you cannot join the challenge. If 50 reps and 50 seconds is a lot for you, break it in half and do two sets of 25 reps and 25 seconds. @todd1smith has challenged his followers to do this work out for 30 days.
