Juan Pablo Russo EscribiendoCine A powerful political thriller that revives the past to question the present. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 8/10 Nov 12, 2024 Full Review Joel Keller Decider While there is a lot of opportunity for Bank Under Siege to get silly, it’s relatively restrained... and sets up an intriguing standoff as the season goes along. Nov 12, 2024 Full Review Pramit Chatterjee Digital Mafia Talkies Miguel Herran got to flex his muscles (literally) and his acting chops [in Bank Under Siege]. I think he is one of the most talented actors of this generation; he just needs to secure good scripts and directors. Rated: 2/5 Nov 8, 2024 Full Review Archi Sengupta LeisureByte.com Bank Under Siege is unconvincing and bland and leaves us to wonder what the point of watching the show is. Mike M This series isn't that much about the siege of the bank itself, it tells the story of the time after the failed coup d'état in Spain's parliament (Feb.23) with a look behind the political scenes of right-wing Spain before the socialist government of Felipe Gonzalez (1982). Excellent Maria Pedraza in her role as freshman-journalist who is the main lead here. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/09/24 Full Review Yvonne P As someone who was held hostage in this, I found the series missing much that would have made the series better. Learned what was happening on the outside, but the detail surrounding the hostages and the interior of the bank disappointing. The actual interior of the bank was so much more grand. Lacked so much and didn’t just focus on the assault. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 11/08/24 Full Review Read all reviews
