Gavin joined Savills in January 2024  following 18 years as a Director at Nash Bond whom he joined after 9 years working within the Retail team at CB Richard Ellis. 

He qualified as a member of the RICS in 1999 further to graduating Reading University with a BSc in Land Management in 1997. 

Gavin has vast experience in providing new retailers with advice on expansion and acquisitions having previously been retained to advise Lush Retail, The White Company, The Restaurant Group and Crew Clothing .

He now specialises in providing consultancy advice and leasing large mixed use developments and shopping centres on behalf of landlords and developers across the UK. 

Gavin is a proud welshman whilst living in South London for over 25 years. He still harbours hopes of becoming a professional cyclist, plays hockey and coaches U14 hockey at Spencer HC.  He regularly escapes the city to hike, wild camp and kayak in the Lake District with his wife and son.
