Abstract:

A pay slip is a piece of paper showing the full amount of an employees pay, and the money deducted as tax, pension and national insurance contributions and tax slip of all staff, LIC slip, provide search for employee by id or name or branch.

Existing System: In many institutions pay slip is generated manually by taking the details from record which is manmade. It takes lot of time and man work. It leads to occurrence of errors.

Proposed System: In the proposed system, administrator enters the details in to the database. And this source is used to generate the pay slip automatically according to the requirements. update basic sal yearly .and provide leaves entry option to admin.

Modules: There will be three modules in this pay slip they are,

Module 1: update employee details.

Module 2: view employee details.

Module 3: Generate pay slip.

Software requirements: Front end: Html,javascript,php Oracle 10g.
