Coffee Butter Cookies (makes about 150 cookies) Ingredient A 400g butter 200g icing sugar Ingredient B 2 tbsp

p lemon juice 1) Beat ingredient A on low speed for 1 min. Then continue beat on high speed 5 mins

2) Add in ingredient B and mix on medium speed for 2 mins

Ingredient C 560g 1 tsp 120g 2tbsp plain flour baking powder ground almond coffee powder 3) pour ingredient C and beat over low speed until well combined

Baking paper Scissors Fork Measuring spoons

4) scoop a large fish ball size dough on the baking tray (with baking paper ready on it) 5) use fork to press flat the dough

Garnishing Some almond flakes 6) Then press almond flake on top cookie

7) bake the cookies into a preheated oven at 180 for about 10mins

Corn Flakes Cookies (makes about 100-120 cups) Ingredient 25g butter 1 tbsp honey 1) melt honey and butter over low heat, stir well till dissolved

150g corn flakes (unsweetened)

2) add in corn flakes and mix well

Paper cups

3) place paper cups on baking tray

spoons

4) spoon mixture into paper cups

Color rice

5) sprinkle color rice on top

6) bake in over for 3-5 mins

Red BeanTarts (makes about 24 tarts) Ingredient A 225g butter 1) beat butter in a mixer until it turns light in color and fluffy

Ingredient B 2 egg yolks 2) add in egg yolk until well combined Ingredient C 2 1/2 cups all purpose 3) slowly beat in ingredient C until just flour combined 1/4 tsp salt 4 tbsp icing sugar 2tbsp cornstarch ? g Red bean filling Dough cutter 4) divide pastry dough and red bean filling each into 24 equal rounds. 5) flatten the pastry dough with palm and put the red bean filling in the middle and use the dough to wrap and cover the filling

Baking paper Scissors

6) use your palms to round it up and place onto baking tray (with baking paper)

1 egg yolk (lightly beaten for egg wash)

7) brush each dough ball with egg wash 8) preheat oven 350(180) and bake for 20-25 mins or until light brown
