VISAYAS AND MINDANAO WILL BE PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY WITH ISOLATED RAINSHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS. MODERATE TO STRONG WINDS BLOWING FROM THE SOUTHWEST WILL PREVAIL THROUGHOUT THE ARCHIPELAGO AND THE COASTAL WATERS WILL BE MODERATE TO ROUGH.
