    The Manager, VEDANT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD., Noida, U.P Subject: Refund of franchisee fees. Sir, Please find attached photocopies of Demand Draft of fifty thousand and agreement letter. I run my institute InfoTech Computers in Sitapur, and I had a franchisee deal with your company Vedant Management Services Ltd. for Kausal Vriddhi Yogna. Mr Rajesh Bhargav came to visit my institute at sitapur and approved it. He took 70,000/= rupees from me 50,000/= as draft and 20,000 under table. He told me that this unmentionable money Rs.20,000/= is taken from every institute which are having deal with Vedant Management Services Ltd. for franchisee I submitted two DDs of twenty five twenty five thousand each. (DD No - 869913000527 & 869913000528, payable to Vedant Management Services Ltd., A/C UPICO dated 31st Jan 2007), but franchisee deal could not be accomplished due to lack of conversation with Mr. Rajesh Bhargav. When it was confirmed that there is no place for a deal then I asked him for the money, he gave me 20,000/= back and said rest amount will be refunded by the company itself and he has no role to play in it. He gave me no. of Mr. Anoop Srivastava and told me that he is looking after refunding system of Vedant Management Services Ltd.

    I had many verbal conversations with Mr. Anoop Kumar Srivastava for refund of franchisee fees, but he is just giving me new dates, from past nine months, I also posted a courier with all the details, and demand draft photocopies nearly five months ago but in vane , I nearly call once in every 15 days and get a next calling date. It is now getting harsh. Not only have I, except me two peoples from Sitapur and many more from Kanpur & Unnao who are in my touch facing the same problem. It is requested to refund the Franchisee fees with in one week of my letter or I have to go for Legislative measure. This my last request to you to take some actions otherwise I will file a case in court as well as in Upbhogta Forum if I do not get any appropriate solution.
