Diet plan

Empty stomach 1. 1 - 2 glass of luke warm water . Breakfast Schedule


1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Milk double toned 1 glass. Sprouts ( Moong daal ) one handfull. Black chana ( soaked in water overnite ) one handfull . Apple 1. Orange 1 or 2. Juice mausmi or orange 1 medium glass.

Lunch schedule
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Daal 1 bowl. Salad 1 plate (mixed high fibre green salad and enough quantity). Nutrela (tadka with tomato and onion) 1 bowl. Soyabean chaap 1 bowl. Chapatti 2 or 1 Quarter plate rice (boiled). Egg boiled (without yolk).

Note Take salad with daal/nutrela/soyabean chaap.

Dinner Schedule
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. No chapatti and rice. Take only daal with salad. Drink water after hour. Take dinner atleast 1 hrs. before going 2 bed. Go for a walk of 10 minutes after taking dinner.

Important note
1. In case you take non veg. ( Only tandoori items without butter ) allowed once a week only. 2. No consumption of alcohol in any form. 3. Drink plenty of water.
