Survey & Land Records Subordinate Service vide Notification No. 48/2011 (General Recruitment) Written Examination held on 20/05/2012 Verification of Certificates Regarding. Ref : Commissions Notification No. 48/2011, Dated : 29/12/2011. <<<>>> Sri / Smt. / Kum. K KARTHIK bearing Reg. No. 48012116 a candidate who appeared for the written examination held on 20/05/2012 to the post of Computer Draughtsman Grade II in A.P. Survey & Land Records Subordinate Service vide Commissions Notification No. 48/2011 is hereby directed to appear before Assistant Secretary / Deputy Secretary-III on 26th July, 2012. at 11.30 A M in the O/o the A.P. Public Service Commission, Pratibha Bhavan, Nampally, Hyderabad and produce the following original documents along with one set of Photo-stat copies attested by a Gazetted Officer for verification of certificates without fail.

    Original Certificates with a set of Photostat copies of the same to be produced. Two (2) Check List Forms Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent) Proof of age relaxation in case of A.P. State Government Servant (Regular Service certificates from the concerned department, Government of Andhra Pradesh / NCC instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate Original Qualification Certificate Latest Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned M.R.O./ R.D.O). Creamy layer exemption certificate from Revenue authorities (for BC candidates only). The candidates who claim as BC Community may download the format of creamy layer certificate available in the Commissions website. (OBC Certificates will not be accepted under any circumstances for claiming BC reservation) School Study Certificate from IV to X Class if studied in School; OR Residence Certificate issued by the MRO in case of Private study seven years including and prior to SSC. Two Attestation Forms duly filled in by the candidate and attested by any Gazetted Officer. Hall Ticket of the Written Examination held on 20/05/2012.

    He / She is further informed that, failure to comply with the above directions may lead to cancellation of his / her candidature.
