    Chairman Mollohan and Ranking Member Wolf:

    I am requesting funding for Gonzales County Police Technology in fiscal year 2010. The entity
    to receive funding for this project is the Gonzales County Sheriffs Office, located at 1713 Sarah
    DeWitt Drive, Gonzales, Texas 78629. The funding would be used for provision of police
    enforcement equipment. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this
    project.
