    I a111 requesting funding for Torrmlce County Sheriffs Department equipment upgrades in fiscal
    year 2010. The entity to receive funding is the Ton'ance County Sherifl"s Department located at
    205 9th Street, Estancia, New Mexico, 87016. The funding would be used to provide law
    cnforcement equipment upgrades including computers and radio units to combat crime in this
    rural county. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any direct financial interest in this project.
