Assist a diverse group of 200+ student-athletes in their overall academic progress and advancement, including major selection, course selection, career discovery and overall life-skills. Utilize applicable student development theories and apply relatable strategies to assist freshmen, transfer, at-risk, minority and LGBTQ student-athletes adapt and succeed academically, socially, and personally. Collaborate with multiple departments including recruitment, admissions, financial aid, registration, disability resource center, multicultural & diversity center, tutoring center and testing center to meet the various needs of current and incoming student-athletes as they pursue higher education.
