    Robin Jones 695 Apple St. Denver, CO 12982 Dear John Doe, We are glad to inform you that we can meet your request and are looking forward to having your awards banquet! The Hilltop room is available from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on April 15. You may specifically wish to discuss that this room will seat up to 300 guests and provides a beautiful view of the University to enjoy during lunch. We are to advise you that video equipment is available but there will be a charge for the use of the projector. While the screen is free, the projector will cost $75 (this is a discount from the typical charge of $150). To set up video needs please feel free to call Ron Reynolds, our Guest Services Manager, at 555-1101. We would also like to let you know the two meal choice that we have for you. Both meals come in the same prices ranges as they are $18 per plate. Steak with a baked potato and a salad. Ribs with waffle fries and a side of coleslaw. For just $2 extra you can add drink and dessert for a total of $20. Drinks included are water, iced tea, and lemonade. Desserts range from jellos to cakes. We are excited that you have selected us for your annual student awards luncheon. It is our duty to make sure you are provided the best service. Your event will be one for all to remember. In order to completely confirm this event we ask that you reserve you event by March 20, 2010.
