Study how management uses the formal channel to communicate with teachers during a recent ONE week period and teachers response through the informal channel.
You need to describe the communication that took place during that one week and identify reactions by teachers that were expressed through the grapevine in which at least ONE item was made an issue.
You need to interview at least TWO teachers and refer to relevant documents and records.
