Supplies: Registration Check-in Sheets. Signage for iPad drawing, pens, staplers, programs, stickers for express checkout, wristbands and welcoming smile.
Duties: Each volunteer will check in a guest Registration Staff will check in guests using the check-in spreadsheets provided. Each guest will have a pre-assigned bid # on their program, cross reference with the spreadsheet. Request credit card # and info if needed and explain that this entitles them to express checkout at the end of the evening. Place a green sticker on the guests program (near bid number) ONLY IF they provide their credit card information. All guests who provide credit card info are automatically entered into a drawing (using their bid numbers), which will take place in the oval garden at the start of the Live Auction. Must be present to win! Provide wristbands, one per guest for event entry. .
ALL VOLUNTEERS: Please arrive one hour before your "Set" Time to allow for stowing personal belongings in the Phelan Suite, collecting your apron, familiarizing yourself with your team and area, etc. Attire: Black slacks, white tops, volunteer aprons, name badges Keep all areas clean from trash, china, glassware. Snacks for volunteers will be provided in the Phelan Suite upstairs.
Food & Wine fare is reserved for paying guests only.
