Kamar Ke Dard ka Desi Ilaj

1- Shedeed dard ki shurat mein baraf (Ice) se takoor ki jaye to kamar ke pathon (muscles) par
acha asar parta hai. Agar ho sake to kisi se madad layligiye aur baraf (ice ) ki theli se dard ki
jagha malis karayie. Ye amal 7 se 8 minutes jari rahe aur har chad ghante baad aik do rooz tak
jari rahe.
2- Aik do roze baraf se takoor ke baad dard ki jaga ko garmi pohchana shuru kar de jeye. Aasa
karein ke aik toleya (towel) lay kar isse khoob garam pani mein bhiguyein. Phir isse nichur lein.
Pait ke bal lat jayein aur takhnon aur kolhou (hips) ke neeche takye (Pillow) rakh lein. Toliyon
(towel) ko phela kar dard wali jaga par rakhein. Towel ke ird gird bareek plastic ki sheet lapat
dein aur iss par garam pani ki botal rakh dein. Uper halka sa wazan bhi rakhein take kuch dabao
bhi pare. Neem garmi se pathon (muscles) ka ainthan kam ho gi.
3- Agar app ko ye andaza na ho ke dard ke liye baraf behtar hai ya garmi to phir dono tareeke
ikhtayar karein. Aadha ghanta baraf ki takoor aur phir atni hi dair garmi. Ye amal dohrate rahein.
4- Dukhti huye kamar phelane se bhi afaqa hota hai. Khun ke phathon ko sakoon milta hai.
Kamar ke nichle hise mein dard mein afaqay ke liye lait jayein aur aaram se apne ghutne (Knee)
upper sene (chest) ki taraf layein. Jab ghutne (knee) wahan pahuch jayein to un par thora sa
dabao dalein phir inhain pehlayein aur dhila chor dein ye amal dohrayein.
5- Suba (morning) bistar se uthte waqt kaas ahtiyat karein aahista aahista uthein aur dhere dhere
phichal ka bed ke sire tak phochein. Phir kamar ko zara sakt kar ke pehle pair bhistar( bed) se
niche utarein
6- Kamar (waist) mein dard ho to warzish (Exercise) ka kheyal bhi nahi aata. Hanlake ye
fayedamand ho sakti hai. Aksar Doctors kehte hain ke baraf aur garmi se ilaj ke sath sath agar
halki phulki warzish (Exercise) kar li jaye to dard mein afaqa ho sakta hai. Iss silsile mein kaye
warzishein tajweez ki jati hain. Lakin app kisi Doctor ke zair e ilaj hain to warzish shuru karne se
pehle us se mashwara karna chahiye.
7- Zameen par chit latiye. Ghutno ko kham dejiye. Dono hathon ko cross kar ke kandhon
(Shoulder) par rakh lein phir sar aur kandhon (Shoulder) ko zameen se upar uthayein jiss kadar
utha sakein lakin kamar ka nichla hisa zameen par hi tika rahe. Iss position mein lamha bhar
rahein aur ye amal phir dhohrayein.
8- Aundhe laitiye apna bayan haat (left hand) aur dahini tang (right leg) upper uthayein. Lamha
bhar ye position rakhein. Ab dahina haat ( Right hand) aur bayein tang ( left leg) upper uthayein.
Gaise app swimming kar rahe hain. Iss warzis se kamar ka nichla hissa mazboot hoga.
9- Garam pani ke talab mein tairna behtareen warzish ( Exercise) hai. Agar nichli kamar ka dard
haad ya shadeed ho to bhi ye warzish achi hai.
10- Wo cycle jo apni jaga khari rehti hai aur warzish (Exercise cycle) banayi jati hai, iss par
sawari bhi achi warzish hai. Lakin sheet par sedha baitha jaye aur aage ki taraf na ghuka jaye.
Agar zarorat ho to sheet aur handle bar ko iss tarah uoncha niche kar lein ke aage na ghukna
pare.
Kamar Dard Ka Gharelu Ilaj, Kamar Dard Ka Totka,
Zarori nahi hai ke kamar mein dard hote hi app Doctors se ruju karein. Khuch tawaquf karein aur

6- Agar aise admi ko ye dard ho jo sartan ka mareez ( cancer patients) ho ya reh chuka ho,
7- Agar koye aadmi
8- Agar tabiyat aksar kharab rehti ho ya haal hi mein wazan kam huwa ho.
asabi nizam mein koye masla ho ya reerd ke satoon mein nukhs ho.
