    typically found in sweet sorghum table syrup

    Honey-colored syrup with very light flavor notes, intended to impart mild to
    neutral flavors
    Both Food Grade products are natural sugar syrups produced by evaporation of water from the sugar
    juice expressed from the sweet sorghum stalk. Unlike molasses derived from refined sugar processing,
    no chemicals - such as sulfur dioxide or flocculants - are used to process our sweet sorghum syrups.
    BDBR Sweet Sorghum Distillers Syrups contain no additives or preservatives.

    FOR ARTISAN SPIRITS
    BDBR has operated its Memphis-area production facility since 2009, selling Food Grade sweet sorghum juice
    in bulk tankers to local customers on a seasonal basis. The Company has also produced industrial grade
    sweet sorghum syrup in drum quantities for fermentation processing. In 2012, BDBR will offer Food Grade
    Sweet Sorghum Distillers Syrup for spirits production, at competitive prices to molasses.
    BioDimensions Delta BioRenewables LLC (BDBR) is a Memphis-based sustainable
    products business producing sweet sorghum on a commercial scale for fermentation
    processing to biofuels, renewable chemicals, and artisan spirits. Unlike on-farm sor-
    ghum syrup producers, BDBR is using modern mechanized harvesting and processing
    equipment to achieve economy of scale and produce the highest-quality consistent
