CURRY

four ounces frozen cooked shrimp


(one third bag)
three ounces chopped onions
(one-fourth of the bag)
half can of diced tomatoes
two ounces of yogurt (quarter cup)
quarter teaspoon turmeric

eat the saucepan on the
stove on medium-high
for a few minutes until it
is hot. Add a few teaspoons of
oil. It should be enough to coat
the entire surface of the
saucepan.

powder, or according to taste
half teaspoon garam
masala
oil
lemon juice
salt to taste

Cooking Time : 20 minutes

Add the frozen onions, and stir


around with the cooking spoon
until they are golden brown.

Prawn Curry

Open the can of diced


tomatoes and add half of it to
the pan.

Stir around, and when the


mixture gets a little thick, add
the turmeric and chili powder.

Add the frozen shrimp and


mix well.

Add salt to taste, cover the


saucepan with a lid and let it
cook for 10 minutes on
medium heat.

Add the garam masala. Mix


well and turn off the heat.

Prawn Curry

Add the yogurt and take a


taste. Add some more yogurt if
you need to mellow the spice.

Add a few drops of lemon juice


for that extra zing.

Your prawn curry is ready!


Serve with hot naan or rice.
