    University. In my capacity as a senior lecturer of the departement, I have kwon him for two years of his
    study and have found him to be an aspiring and sincere student.

    been active and showing his seriousness and commitment during his studies

    In term of his English proficiency, I feel certain that he can cope with the lecturers which he will get from
