    Flexible and easy to handle
    The machine sorts fully automated and effectively all caps with a rotary feed disc. The caps then presents
    direct into the gripping head thru a fix cassette. The tightening torque is set step less from the recipe and
    continuously tight caps very accurate with a servo motor. The capper is an in-line machine with a pick
    and place device. This means that all bottles, cans and jars do not need some extensive and expensive
    format kits. Another major advantage is it's very quick and easy to change formats. Pick & Place unit handles the caps gently, after they are sorted we pick them from a fixed cassette and dont release them until
    they are tightened or pushed on to your packaging.
    Yes, the machine can handle both screw and push - caps. The machine has a robust and stable design in
    stainless steel. It can be supplied as either a left or right -feed version. It is easy to adjust; the whole unit is
    easily operated from a color touch screen. The HMI is designed with recipe handling and are available in
    different languages. From here all speeds, package heights and torque etc. handles from. IBS capping
    machines require a minimum of maintenance; cover a wide range of formats, despite its compact construction. Different shapes and sizes of caps and lids. The machine is of course CE marked!
    Ideal for:
    Machine lines for food-,, medical- and Chemical industry etc.. Many format changes per day and flexibility
    between smallest and biggest package/format.
