Dear Business Owner:

Let me take this opportunity to introduce you to the North Texas
Momentum Fast Pitch Softball Organization.
North Texas Momentum is a new non-profit organization with one huge
dream behind it. Momentum was established in 2015 with its 12U and 10U
travel ball teams. Our goal is to build a proud tradition of developing softball
skills that translate into our players lives and teach determination, team
work, optimism, and overall self-worth. We desire to field competitive teams
that will have success locally and regionally. Our organization will impact
many lives positively, and we would love for your business to benefit from
this!
We are offering an opportunity to local businesses like yours to
become Team and/or Organization Sponsors! Your contributions will be
targeted to additional tournaments our players are registered in, practice
field fees, jerseys, equipment, and indoor practice fees (when we have bad
weather).
Our primary revenue source is registration fees paid by families,
proceeds from our annual fundraisers, and donations received from generous
individuals and businesses. Since these funds do not cover all the
organizations operating expenses families often must raise their own funds
to pay for the training fees, travel and tournament fees. The average cost
per player per season to participate is $1000+ particularly difficult
for families with more than one player and/or modest means.
In order to make this rewarding experience a reality for our youth, we
are reaching out directly to area businesses, family, and friends, and offering
the opportunity to help by becoming a team or Organization sponsor! Please
take a moment to review and select the sponsorship package that best fits
your business and/or budget.

Walk Off Homerun Package ($1,500):
Two Proud Sponsor Plaques with photos of the 10U and 12U team for
your display.
Advertising on the Organization website front page scrolling banner
with a link to your website.
One-year advertising on both the 10U and 12U North Texas
Momentum Banner. This banner is displayed at all major
Organization events and tournaments.
A listing of your business name on the organization website Sponsor
Page.
Homerun Package ($1,000):

One Proud Sponsor Plaques with photo of either our 10U or 12U team
for your display.

One-year advertising on one of our Banners either 10U or 12U teams.

This banner is displayed at all major team events and team
tournaments.
A listing of your business name on the Organization website Sponsor

Page.
Triple Package ($500):

This is displayed at all major team events, and team tournaments.

Organization/Team Donation:
Any Individual or Business may make a Team/Organization

Donation directly to a specific team for purpose of assisting the team
with expenses.
Donation DO NOT provide for sponsorship or recognition

as part of the Organization sponsor program for that individual or
business.
All Donation amounts are made available to the team for

use as detailed within this program without cost of sponsorship being
deducted.
Donations may NOT be considered tax-deductable as

advertising expenses.
*The North Texas Momentum Banners are ~3x6 vinyl banner sign displayed
on the fence at the games that we play in local and regional tournaments.
Softball families (300+ players) and coaches from the local and regional
areas will see your business name and logo on a regular basis as they attend
tournaments, training sessions, camps, and practices!*
**A Proud Sponsor Plaque displays a team photo and will list you as a proud
sponsor of a team and Organization**

Policy for Team Sponsorships

The organization has adopted the following policy regarding sponsorships
designated for a specific team.
1. Any team can freely solicit sponsorships from any person, business, or
organization.
2. All team sponsorship money must be used for the equipment, uniforms,
tournaments, player registrations, clinics, camps, team practice fees, or
travel expenses for tournaments.
1. Sponsorship money may not be used to hire professional trainers for the
team.
2. In order to receive tax benefits from the sponsorship, the sponsorship
must be made to the North Texas Momentum Fast pitch Softball Organization
and identified as a team sponsorship. A percentage (cost of sponsorship) of
all team sponsorship will be retained at the organization.
3. Prior to receiving a check from the organization, the sponsored team must
provide a written and signed statement listing the intended expenditures for
the money.
4. Once the written statement is received, the organizations Treasurer will
write a check to the designated team representative or vendor described in
the receipt of goods.
5. In the event that all the money is not used for the listed approved
expenses, the remaining money is to be redirected back to the Organization
to be used for cost reduction for Organization players, player scholarships
expenses or future registration fees.
