SiliconIndia is a media company and an Online marketing firm, related to digital
technologies to achieve marketing objectives and support the modern marketing concept.
Online marketing will include the use of a company web site in conjunction with online
promotional techniques such as search engines, banner advertising, direct e-mail and

links or services from other web sites to acquire new customers and provide services to
existing customers that help develop the customer relationship.
I have been assigned with various tasks which objective was to increase the website
traffic of Siliconindia. To accomplish this I will do on-site changes to my company web
site to make the site more attractive and to encourage repeat visits to the site. To
increase traffic and drive quality visitors to the site I will use both online and offline
promotional techniques also performed various tasks related to Events Organizing,

Post: Fraud Analyst
Duties Performed: Being a fraud analyst I was responsible for tracking down all the reservation
data and payments made through Credit Cards international and Domestic. After tracking them
the real job starts that was communicating with the concerned bank and concerned card holder
about the transaction, finding out was it a legit or not and save company to incur any loses.it
was a very challenging task as there used to be a lot of data and tracking them down. I did my
job quite well.
Post: Airport Operation and Customer Service Executive
Duties Performed: Being an AOCS Executive I had a very good experience of working in and
operational dept. and solving problem related to any operational breakdown or any customer
inconvenience. I was also responsible for on time departure of the flights with all the
requirements met like, fueling, security (aircraft and passengers, baggage) and catering etc. as
we have 85 departures a day. i also learned how the team work affects your job and make it
easy.
