Lu Jong is suitable for all who would
like to improve their bodys functions
and flexibility and come to a clear mind.
No matter what your physical condition
is, the movements can be adapted to
any level, you will experience the
benefits of these exercises.
Lu Jong
Lu means body and Jong means
movement or transition. Lu Jong has its
own tradition and is the oldest Asian body
practise system.
The exercises take the form of very soft and
slow movements in which breathing and
movement come together in a harmonious
and fluid way.
