    Is a water - based high performance roof sealer


    which is just one coat can deliver the optimum
    coverage and film thickness.
    The high build technology in this formula provides
    a durable and flexible protection
    for every type of roof.
    This formula performs as a barrier from the IV rays
    and heat, reducing the interior temperature of the
    applied area. Recommended for concrete, metal
    bricks, plaster, wooden and polyurethane foam

    500 sq.. feet / pail at 10 mils wet.
    * However, this depends on the porosity
    and texture of the surface.

    18 - 20 mils wet
