    Speaker

    Osnat Hakimi is a CAPES post-doctoral fellow at Unirio and an honourary postdoctoral fellow at the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and
    Musculoskeletal Sciences at the University of Oxford. She obtained a PhD degree in
    biomaterials from the Interdisciplinary Research Centre for biomaterials in Queen
    Mary, University of London. Her thesis focused on investigating spider and
    silkworm silks as scaffolds for tissue engineering. As part of her studies, she has
    been a visiting scholar at ETH in Zurich, Switzerland, and the University of Gent,
    Belgium.
