This lesson is the third lesson in chapter 7: Matter- how can the matter change? This lesson will cover how
the matter change by reviewing the example of the solid and know how to change it.
Teaching goal (State clearly what it is you plan to teach in this lesson
The overall aim of the lesson is to teach about how the matter change the size, color and the shape after
reviewing the example of solid.
Learning objectives (State clearly exactly what you want the ss to be able to do by the end of
the lesson.

Ahmed is talking with his friend during the teacher explains for them the lesson the teacher will
change his seat.
Mohammed did not understand how to do the instruction the teacher will ask someone who
understand to explain for his.

The teacher will start the class by tell them the rules of the class ( looking eyes, listening ears,
quiet mouth, helping hands) and explain for them each point. After that, she will put the rules
card on the wall to be in front of their eyes.
Then, she will review with them the state of matter.
Teacher will ask them ( who can give me one example of the solid? One example of liquid and one example of
gas )
Explore
The teacher will divide the students into 6 groups and each group have 4 students. She will give
to each group a 4 empty paper, 4 pictures of paper, scissors and glue
Lesson description:
Students are going to use their hands to cut 2 solid picture and put it in the empty paper and
describe it orally how the solid change.
( after that the teacher will tell them the instruction of the activity)
Materials:
empty paper, picture of paper, scissors and glue.
Instructions:
1- cut 2 picture of solid
2- stick it in the empty paper.
3- describe two picture of solid how it can change.
( T: are you understand . Now you can start)
Explain
Teacher will explain to children when something changes, it becomes different in some way. Teacher will ask
them to tell two solid picture that they are stick it in their empty paper
Then, the teacher explain it for them how it can change .
Elaborate
To check if the students understand the lesson or not. Teacher will give them a homework in their student book
page 251.
The answer of this question will shows the teacher if they understand or not.

At the last of 10 minute, I take them to the carpet and we discus together about the matter
and we did the review together.
