A sphygmomanometer (pronounced /ˌsfɪɡmoʊməˈnɒmɨtər/ SFIG-moh-mə-NOM-i-tər) or blood pressure

meter is a device used to measure blood pressure, comprising an inflatable cuff to restrict blood flow,
and a mercury or mechanical manometer to measure the pressure. It is always used in conjunction with
a means to determine at what pressure blood flow is just starting, and at what pressure it is unimpeded.

In biology, an incubator is a device used to grow and maintain microbiological cultures or cell cultures.
The incubator maintains optimal temperature, humidity and other conditions such as the carbon
dioxide(CO2) and oxygen content of the atmosphere inside. Incubators are essential for a lot of
experimental work in cell biology, microbiology and molecular biology and are used to culture both
bacterial as well as eukaryotic cells.

In medicine, a nebulizer[1] (spelled nebuliser in British English)[2] is a device used to administer

medication in the form of a mist inhaled into the lungs.A Jet nebulizer attached to a
compressor.Nebulizers are commonly used for treatment of cystic fibrosis, asthma, COPD and other
respiratory diseases. Combustible smoking devices (i.e. asthma cigarettes or cannabis joints), a
vaporizer, a Dry Powder Inhaler, or a pressurized Metered Dose Inhaler can also be used to deliver a
medical/medicinal compound for inhalation. Combustible smoking devices and vaporizers are no
longer commonly used for medical inhalation, as modern inhalers and nebulizers are more efficient.
