    Design discussion and clarification facilitating costing process. Final design and costing to be signed off by conclusion of week. Supervisors order bulk materials.

    Design presentation to cast and crew.

    Preproduction workshops, rehearsal room, production team.

    Show crews on call. PSM, Supervisors, HODs & Store Manager discuss Bump out. Bump out schedule/call sheet published.

    Props returned / disposed of. Costumes cleaned /returned. Set bumped out & stored / disposed of. LX, AV, Sound returns . Venue returned to Standard Rig. All Departments, Budget reconciliation with Production Manager.
