User starts by selecting the learning method and course and adds to the cart. The system checks if the user is logged in and if not prompts the user to log in. After the user logs in the system runs a series of course validation rules to check if the user is eligible to take this course. The course validation rules will be detailed in the Business Rules Document. Then the system checks if the user has a valid membership and adds a new membership to the shopping cart if it cant find a valid membership or the membership is expired.

After checkout and payment the textbooks will be set to be automatically shipped. The new process will not set textbook to be automatically shipped. In Aptify, Class Registration, Certification and Exam Registration records are created and linked to the students record.

6.1.1.3 Product Configuration In-Class and Web Class

The Aptify (CRM/ERP) system manages the various products that the Institute offers. The products relevant for course registration are as follows: Regular Kit Bundled Kit (will include Online Tutorial) A Moodle account will be created for the Online Tutorial where the student will have access to through the My E-Learning menu item when logged in through the website. When administrators create a kit in Aptify the following records will be created in the Aptify database for each kit: One Tuition record created and linked to one class record
