    This project report describes a touch screen and ZigBee-based wireless communication assistant designed for illiterate and non-English speaking airline passengers. The assistant was developed by four students as part of their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Don Bosco Institute of Technology & Science. It allows users to select flight information and services on a touch screen and communicates wirelessly via ZigBee. The assistant aims to help passengers who cannot read timetables, instructions or menus by providing visual and audio options instead of text.
