    INSTRUCTIONS: Candidates who have appeared for the final semester qualifying examination can also apply. The applicants, whose result of final year is declared after submission of application are required to send the result immediately on declaration of result by fax to Member Secretary, PG-ENGG. Admission (Fax. No.: 02717-241917) List of self attested copies to be attached are as under. Incomplete forms and forms without attested or incomplete documents are liable to be cancelled. i. School leaving certificate ii. SSC Mark sheet iii. HSC Mark sheet iv. B. E. / B. Tech. Mark sheet and certificate of passing. If final year result is a awaited, attach mark sheets of semester VI & VII. v. Mark sheet and certificate of any other degree / diploma vi. GATE Score Card, if applicable. vii. Certificate of experience gained after graduation (if any). viii. Certificate from the sponsoring organisation including experience certificate, last pay certificate and provident fund slip (if applicable) Original documents and their self attested photocopies (2 sets) should be produced at the time of counseling. The web-downloaded form must be accompanied by a Demand Draft of ` 1200/- (non-refundable) in favour of "INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, NIRMA UNIVERSITY" payable at Ahmedabad. Applicant should write his/her complete name and department applied for on the backside of the Demand Draft. For all categories if applicant has passed the qualifying examination from University other than Nirma University he/she will be required to obtain eligibility certificate from Nirma University. The arrangement for obtaining the same will be made on the spot during counseling on payment of ` 500/-. Applicants will be required to pay ` 5000/- by DD / Bankers Cheque / at par cheque payable at Ahmedabad as a deposit on the day on which the admission is offered. This deposit will be adjusted against payment of fees.
