Facial Yoga Facial Yoga is a fun, relaxing and enjoyable. This wonderful facial exercise program is a natural, healthy way to erase lines and wrinkles, reduce sagging skin and restore a radiant, youthful look to your face and complexion! The face needs to be exercised and toned in the same way we exercise and tone our body. The facial Yoga is specically designed to rejuvenate and tone the face and neck. It teaches you how to exercise neglected facial muscles and once learnt takes about 10 minutes to do. Micro Yoga The facial Yoga exercises are specially designed for forehead, eyes, ears, nose, jaws, mouth, teeth, cheeks, throat, and neck. These are the important but mostly neglected parts of our body. The exercises not only make these part healthier but also maintain contours of the face. These exercises comes under the Micro-Yoga. Apart from these exercises, Simhasana and Anandasana gives special benet to face. Simhasana The Simhasana or Roaring Lion Posture provides exercise to the facial muscles and therefore maintains the rmness and luster of the facial skin. The posture is also good for the eyes in reducing strain. It also helps in voice-related diculties (e.g., stammering) and throat-related problems (e.g., tonsillitis). Anandasana The Anandasana or Laughter posture relaxes mind and also tone the facial muscles. Laughter increase blood supply to the face which nourishes the skin and makes it glow. People look younger and more approachable when they laugh. More. . . Apart from Micro-Yoga, Simhasana, and Anandasana, regular practice of Kapalbhati gives radiance and lustre to the forehead.
