    CERTIFICATION OF NO OBJECTION (NO ORDER REQUIRED) REGARDING MONTHLY FEE APPLICATION OF MILLSTREAM ENERGY, LLC FOR THE PERIOD MARCH 9. 2009 THROUGH MARCH 31. 2009
    The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no

    answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Monthly Interim Application of Milstream

    Energy LLC ("Milstream") as Engineering Consultant to Debtors and Debtors in Possession for
    Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period

    March 9, 2009 through March 31, 2009 (Docket No. 434) (the "Application") fied on June 8,
    2009. The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court's docket in this case and
    no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon. Pursuant

    to the Notice of Application, objections to the Application were to be fied and served no later

    than June 29,2009.


    Pursuant to the Order Pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 331 of

    the Bankptcy

    Code Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Professionals,

    dated April 8,2009 (the "Order") (Docket No. 147), the Debtors are authorized to pay
    the Debtors' federal tax identification number, are: Pacific Energy Resources Ltd. (3442); Petrocal Acquisition Corp. (6249); Pacific Energy Alaska Holdings,
    i The Debtors in these cases, along with the last four digits of each of

    LLC (tax J.D. # not available); Cameros Acquisition Corp. (5866); Pacific Energy Alaska Operating LLC (7021); San Pedro Bay Pipeline Company (1234); Cameros Energy, Inc. (9487); and Gotland Oil, Inc. (5463). The mailng address for all of the Debtors is III W. Ocean Boulevard, Suite 1240, Long Beach, CA 90802.

    Milstream $26,760.00 which represents 80% of

    the fees ($33,450.00) and $91.70 which

    represents 100% of

    the expenses requested in the Application for the period March 9, 2009

    through March 31, 2009, upon the fiing of this Certification and without the need for entry of a
    Court order approving the Application.
