As original and offbeat as the name suggests. Made with Skyy Citrus,
and St.Germain Elderflower Liqueur served up and topped with
sparkling wine.

A Brazilian classic, featuring muddled limes, sugar, Leblon Cachaca,
& club soda. This was Charles H. Baker’s ( Gentleman’s Companion ),
a fishing buddy of Hemingway’s, favorite cooler.

muddled cherries, limes, sugar, and Three Olives Cherry Vodka.

This classic of the 1950’s is made with Woodford’s Reserve Bourbon,
Cinzano Sweet Vermouth, Angostura Bitters & topped with a cherry.

The Pomegranate Martini 12


Pearl Pomegranate Vodka, Pama Liqueur, and POM Wonderful
pomegranate juice. Shaken & strained into a chilled martini glass.

The Old Fashioned 12


Muddled orange, cherry, and sugar topped with Basil Hayden’s
Bourbon & a splash of soda complete this timeless classic.

The Sazerac 8
His name is Raymond Elijah Sazerac, a self-proclaimed “BEAT Poet”
& he influenced such “BEAT Generation” writers as Allen Ginsberg & Jack
Kerouac. Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, a Pernod-lined glass, and a Peychaud
soaked sugar cube are shaken and strained over ice, then topped with soda.
