Annexure-I Terms & Conditions for engaging "Guest Faculty" 01- The assignment is purely as Guest Faculty in the mode of as and when required nature and no appointment letter shall be issued for those engaged for assignment. 02- No. experience certificate shall be issued for taking up the assignment. 03- For B.Tech. Classes, payment @Rs. 200/- per period shall be made. Currently, each period is of 55Min. duration. Payment shall be made for only the classes actually held and not on the basis of scheduled classes. Thus, the payment for each lecture shall be Rs. 200/- Similarly, Rs. 600/shall be payable for a laboratory/sessional class of 3period duration. No other charges are payable. 04- For M.Tech. Classes, payment is Rs. 500/- per period shall be admissible. Conveyance charge @ Rs. 100/- per day shall also be payable for those assigned M.Tech. Classes. 05- Rates for conducting term end practical examinations/ term end examinations in sessional shall be the same as that for laboratory classes i.e. equivalent to 3period duration. 06- Payment for conduct of Mid-term test of one hour duration shall be equal to a lecture of one period. No extra payment shall be admissible for evaluation of the answer books. Evaluation of mid term answer books shall be considered part of the mid term test itself. 07- Evaluation of laboratory assignments/Sessionals/practicals is part of class itself and no separate payment shall be made for the same. 08- The working load will be assigned semester wise and the assignment may be terminated at any time by the respective Heads of Departments without any prior notice or intimation.
