    II . PENGGUNAAN Simple Present continous tense dapat digunakan sebagai berikut; 1. Untuk menyatakan peristiwa suatu perbuatan yang sedang berlangsung atau sedang dikerjakan sekarang atau pada saat kita sedang bicara. 2. untuk menyatakan peristiwa yang bersifat sementara.

Tobe yang digunakan ada 3 yaitu: Am Digunakan untuk I. Are digunakan untuk You, We dan They. Is digunakan untuk He, She dan It. : S + tobe + Verb Ing + O : S + tobe + Not + Verb Ing + O : Tobe + S + Verb Ing + O + ?

(+) The cat is catching the mouse now ( -) The cat isnt catching the mouse now (?) Is the cat catching the mouse now? 2. (+) They are playing in the yard ( -) They arent playing in the yard (?) Are they planing in the yard? Now At Present Still Today Etc. = Sekarang = Pada saat ini = Masih = Hari Ini

    Kesimpulan 1. Dalam simple present continous tenses harus menggunakan to be is, are, am, sesuai dengan subjek 2. Kata kerja yang digunakan harus ditambahkan ing 3. Objek kalimat ini sama dengan objek simple present.
