The first stage of the AirClean system is the Miele HyClean dustbag which is made from a special fleece which provides 9 layers of filtration. This will retain more fine dust and small particles than a conventional dustbag. Also featured is an auto shutter mechanism; automatically closing the bag when the vacuum cleaner is opened, preventing any dust escaping during disposal.

Miele offers an extensive range of accessories to make your vacuum cleaner even more versatile. Each dustbag or accessory has been designed specifically to work in harmony with your cleaner and will ensure you enjoy the very best performance. The next stage is the motor filter which provides another layer of filtration as well as protecting the motor to ensure that your vacuum cleaner will last its full life cycle.

The mattress nozzle is designed for accurate cleaning, reaching between the mattress and the bed frame or between the cushions of upholstered furniture.

With swivel action and soft bristles this brush is perfect for dusting books, shelves and awkward to reach places.

The mini-sized Turbobrush is ideal for vacuuming cut pile stair carpets and removing dust and pet hairs from upholstery.

3. HEPA/AirClean Filter

Available in boxes of 4, each dustbag has a colour-coded collar to help remind you which one to select.

These filters provide 11 layers of filtration for models with the AirClean and Active AirClean filter and 12 for models with the Active HEPA filter.

The Turbobrush with its rotating roller brushes, is ideal for picking up those stubborn pet hairs and will get down deeper into the carpet pile for a thorough cleaning.

Parquet Floorhead

The Parquet floorhead has long and soft natural bristles which allows particularly gentle cleaning on hard floors susceptible to scratching. The rubberised rollers on both sides give support to the bristles for an extended lifecycle.

AirClean Filter

This filter is designed for normal use and is made of a multi-ply material which is electrostatically charged to retain the majority of dust particles. Lasting as long as a box of dustbags, one is included in every box.

Active AirClean Filter

This filter combines the AirClean filter with active charcoal to help absorb odours from the dustbag making it ideal for homes with pets. This filter retains the majority of dust particles and has a life of 50 hours or 12 months.

Active HEPA Filter
