Share of Responsibilities
This document summarizes the tasks to be performed for the Project Implementation of BSNL GSM/UMTS14.37M line project. It includes planning, supply, delivery, installation, supervision and commissioning swap, redeployment of the works included in the scope of the project as well as related services and procedures to be fulfilled to ensure the proper implementation within the planned time schedule. Main parties involved in the project are Purchaser (BSNL) and ZTE. If another party will be involved as subcontractor or supplier, the responsibility of related supply/task remains with the main party Purchaser (BSNL) or ZTE who requires the involvement of this other party. For the tasks lists below the responsibility can be with: Prime Responsibility, Purchaser (BSNL) or ZTE: respective column marked R.
