Seated Dining or Buffet Selections
Choose one from each of the four main headings. Warm bread, butter, water, ice tea, and coffee are included with dinner. For Buffets, choose a salad, a veggie, two meats and two starches.

California A medley of Garden Greens topped with Roma Tomato Wedges, English Cucumber Slices, Red Onion Slivers, topped with Garlic-Parmesan Croutons and Blue Cheese or Feta Cheese Crumbles with our Creamy Barolo Dressing Caesar Romaine Lettuce with Roma Tomato Wedges or Cherry Tomato Halves with house-made Garlic-Parmesan Croutons, freshly grated Parmesan Cheese and our own Caesar Dressing Spinach Has the Blues Bed of Fresh Spinach Greens topped with Red Apple Slices, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Toasted Walnuts and our special Raspberry Vinaigrette
CAROLINA BARBEQUE
This selection is offered as an alternative to the traditional menus above. It includes BBQ plus the listed side dishes. House-made cornbread muffins and yeast rolls with whipped butter along with water, ice tea, and coffee are included with dinner. Carolina Style Pork Barbecue and Apple Marinated Grilled Chicken Boston Pork Butts and Apple Marinated Whole Chickens slow roasted over Hickory Coals, then hand chopped and served with both Eastern Style and Lexington Style BBQ Sauces. Accompanied by: o Baked Three Bean Medley (Navy, Kidney and Black Beans in a vegetarian friendly Spicy Tomato Based Sauce) o Southern Style Potato Salad or Baked Macaroni and Cheese o Cole Slaw (shredded Fresh Cabbage in our own dressing)

Pricing
Seated dining, buffets, and heavy hors doeuvres are priced at $62.50 per person. Food Stations are an extra $5.00 per person which includes a chef station (pasta or carving). Vegetarian meals are available at regular price. There is no charge for children 3 and under. This pricing includes: china, crystal and silver place settings; tables, chairs, linens, and wait staff.
