System Power Dip / Failure Recovery Procedure Other
Chiller Running chiller will trip Stand By will cut In Check for chiller leaving water temp.
Rest the MCCB individual FAMU at the FAMU panel and press the reset
FAMU MCCB will trip button FAMU will start Auto since BAS command will ON .
Auto running due to UPS power System will Cut OFF itself if the Clean room pressure lower than 5 pa If Famu's can not start Switch Off the
General Exhaust Fan and Genset Power and restart at above 5 Pascal . G- exhaust fan manually
Acid Exhaust Fan Auto stand By will cut in after power resume
Solvent Exhaust Fan Auto stand By will cut in after power resume
Now pack AHU/Exhaust Fan Auto start after power resume
Chemical RM AHU / Exhaust Auto start after power resume
Poison RM supply and exhaust Auto start after power resume
Rest the MCB individual system at the other room panel and press the
AHU side RM MCB will trip reset button exhaust will start Auto since BAS command will ON .
Rest the MCB individual system at the other room panel and press the
Plant room AHU MCB will trip reset button exhaust will start Auto since BAS command will ON .
Rest the MCB individual system at the other room panel and press the
FFU exhaust Fan MCB will trip reset button exhaust will start Auto since BAS command will ON .
Rest the MCB individual system at the other room panel and press the
Transformer RM exhaust MCB will trip reset button exhaust will start Auto since BAS command will ON .
Rest the MCB individual system at the other room panel and press the
LT RM exhaust MCB will trip reset button exhaust will start Auto since BAS command will ON .
Vacuum Auto start after power resume
Air compressor Auto start standby due to receiver tank pressure low Rest If any alarm
DI Plant Auto start after power resume
Sensible cooler pump Auto start after power resume Check for VSD fault
Cold room Auto start after power resume
Freezer room Auto start after power resume
FFU Check for any group trip Auto start after power resume / if any group trip reset inside the clean room

Make sure Step

Check all the SWB incoming and

out going Ok
1 # Chiller running First
2 # FAMU running second
All the FFU running Third
2 # General exhaust running Fourth
Sensible cooling system running Fifth
DI water running Sixth
Air compressor Seventh
Vacuum Eighth
Check all The system in the BAS Ninth
Walk though all the Plant room for
proper operation Tenth

Total Power failure

If power is not recovered with in 5 sec the Genset will start and , power will resume to the following panel with in 15 sec

DB/ Panel Action

DB EMSB Auto transfer from the Grid to Genset Power .
FAMU# 1 FAMU may be trip rest the MCB and press the reset button
GEX manual change panel .
UPS GEX .General exhaust It will continue to run until the UPS power and supply from Stand by Genset available , but it will cut-Off
panel #1 if the clean room pressure low <5Pa and restart Auto when clean room pressure above set point 5 Pa.
Other room panel all the chemical exhaust system Auto start once DG supply is On
Chemical exhaust panel all the chemical exhaust system Auto start once DG supply is On
DB-Equip-101 Vacuum will start automatically once DG supply resume
Domestic water panel System will start automatically
Process City water panel System will start automatically
DI water panel System will start automatically
DB QC System will start automatically
DB-WS System will start automatically ( All the cold rooms and freezer rooms, L3 Servsers start Automatically )
DB-PRO System will start automatically
2M SERVER System will start automatically

Switch OFF the incomer MCCb at the FFU switch gear and Change over the incomer supply in the 600
SWB-3 (FFU SWITCH GEAR ) Amps MTS panel .After change ovet Turn On the FFU switch gear Incmoer MCCB.
