Responsibilities: Architect, implement, and administer a multi-site Microsoft Exchange 2010 infrastructure; transition current Exchange 2007 infrastructure;

; Assist in management of Windows Server 2003/2008 infrastructure; Manage Ironport and other mail related systems/tools; Focus efforts on automation and optimization by utilizing scripting, monitoring, and performance metrics to develop stronger systems and processes; Work with various technologies including IIS, VMware vSphere 4.0, SQL Server, OCS, McAfee End-Point Protection, Symantec Backup Exec, Systems Center, SharePoint, RMS, and Shavlik NetProtect; Day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operations; Other duties required of a typical Exchange administration position; Requirements: A very strong background in Microsoft Exchange Administration; Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience; 4-6 years experience in Microsoft Exchange Server administration role; Experience implementing and managing Exchange 2007/2010; transition experience a plus; Experience managing an email archiving solution; Strong understanding of Active Directory administration, structure, permissions, and best practices; Scripting experience using VBS or Powershell (or similar language); must be willing to learn Powershell; Experience administering IIS; Experience with patch management using tools like Systems Center, and/or NetProtect; Familiarity with data management, including SAN storage replication, backup and recovery, and disaster planning; Ability to perform under pressure; experienced in a rapid growth IT environment; Strong communication and documentation skills; and enjoys working in a team environment.

Description of Services: Experience Level: 7 years experience (minimum). Description: Acts in a high-level technical role as a designer for major computer applications utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Designs platforms, modifies designs, and optimizes solutions. Acts as an expert technical resource to staff in the systems development, testing, and implementation processes. May act as project/team lead. This position will mainly focus on EWS Integration with Client Applications. This national bank is searching for a senior messaging engineer to join the Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration - Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the MS Exchange Server 2007/2010 application. An in depth knowledge of Good Mobile Technology and Microsoft Windows Server 2008 is also required. Candidate should have experience working in a large corporate environment ( >10,000 users) spread out over multiple geographic sites where the team member must follow corporate policies regarding security, audit, and change control processes. The

candidate will frequently act as a project lead, and provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. The engineering team is responsible for designing, testing, documenting and maintaining a complex environment. Knowing how to integrate third-party software into a large-scale production environment is a must. This is NOT a production/administration position, this is a senior engineer position! You will only be engaged with project related Business Units onlynot everyone at WF. Candidate must have solid email engineering experience, be able to work independently, and must be able to handle all aspects of MS Exchange engineering projects, from inception to implementation. The ideal candidate will have had engineering level experience with all Exchange Server roles 2007/2010, application integration with EWS, Exchange Active Sync, IIS, and OWA. Additionally, a complete understanding of system security controls is required, Load Balancer and Exchange Performance Monitoring.

Job Description:1. Strong hands on experience in complex Microsoft Exchange enterprise environment. 2. Experience on Configuring and Administration of High Availbility enviornment for Exchange Services 3. Clear understanding of mail gateway configuration and concepts. 4. Should have knowledge about front end/back end, OWA, RPC/HTTP and active sync configuration. 5. Experience on Migration Tools like Quest Migration or any other third party tool for Inter and Intra Exchange Organization for Exchange 2003/2007/2010 6. Strong understanding and experince with MS exchange 2003/2007 and 2010 including backup and restore procedures. 7. Patch and configuration management of MS Exchange. 8. Experience in handling Blackberry servers like 4.1 and 5.0 9. Experience in handling communication servers like OCS and Lync servers. 10. Strong Active Directory knowledge to resolve exchange related issues.
