    Kaleji Prof, Homi Bhabha National Institute, BARC Mumbai ,Guest of honour, prof. J.K Bhambhani ,Sir, Rector and secretary, HSNC Board , Our most dynamic & energetic Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Bhavna M. Motwani madam,. all my VPs, all H.O.Ds from various subjects , all my teacher colleagues, our Registrar, Lata madam, librarian . Mr. subhash..Athawale & my dear students. GM to one & all. SA is consistent and an extremely vibrant association of CHM college . It provides a platform for the expression of scientific spirit of the students. Learning science beyond the classroom has been the aim of this association. I have been involved in this association for many years as a member or a Treasurer, but now, madam has given me opportunity to work as chairperson for the academic year 13-14. Thank u madam. Madam, with ur full support & co-operation I will be able to carry out many many activities under SA. To name few of them are:1) fascinating expts. by my own ex.head of phy. dept., prof. B.D.Ck. It will be followed by lecture series,in which different resource persons will be invited . lecture series will be conducted in 3 phases: In phase(1) some of our own ex. HODs from various subjects will be invited. In phase(2) some of our own present teacher colleagues will be invited . In phase(3) Eminent personalities from field of education ,Sc. and Tech.like Dr.Jayant. N, from Iucaa Pune,Dr. Padma .D, COE, MU,shall be invited to deliver the lectures to the students and they will also share their practical experiences which will benefit the students community of our college.The talks from eminent personality shall also bring the vibrations among the students community which will help them to decide their goals and to achieve success in all their endeavors. Next will come documentary film show, Science quiz competition, Visit to industrial &research centre ,also visit to vangani ,khogal mandal, for night sky watching show. Then comes 3 main intercollegiate activities under SA. Avishkar, Srujan & Aavesh. All these activities will be in collaboration with Nehru sc. Center. Mumbai. Avishkar will be in 3 rounds. Elimination, semifinal and final. Elimination and final rounds will be at NSC. Semi final round will be at CHM campus. Intra-collegiate Sc. exhibition is the regular activity under SA of this college. The exhibition is conducted along with annual Chandi Utsav celebrations . This exhibition helps students to get the practical training and explore their ideas in the field of Sc. & Tech. This also helps to the students from other streams of education to know about different projects which are displayed by the students. Lastly SA will be concluded with valedictory function some where in month of Jan-14. Madam with ur full support & co-operation I will try to achieve same goal as all other chairpersons had already achieved it during their tenure, Thank u.
