Paatils – an offshoot of Acumac Machine Tools which was started as an ancillary of HMT way back in
1965, catering to the accessory needs of HMT. Acumac has since grown into a Private Limited
company engaged in the manufacture of hi-tech machines and machine elements.
Manufacture of all the low-end items and HMT CNC proprietary items are now manufactured by M/s.
Paatils, a registered partnership firm located in the HMT Industrial Estate.
Some of the items manufactured are as follows:-
INDEXING TABLES & FIXTURES: – Rapid Index & Precidex for light duty drills application and
Rapid Index for heavy duty milling and boring application.
RAPID INDEXING FIXTURE: – Model VH2 / VH3
Accuracy:
Accuracy: - Spindle run out max 0.02mm for length of 300 mm (without check)
Indexing error max 2 min.
Scope of supply includes self-centering 3 jaw check and 2 nos. masking plates (for 6 & 8 notches).
Indexing capability with standard version 2, 3, 4, 6, 8,12,16,24 & 48 masking plates for other division
supplied at extra cost.
CENTRES: – In various types and sizes. Both live (Revolving) and dead centres for turning and other
