Please join us for 3 Days and 2 Evenings of great instruction and fun!
Classes will be held in the air conditioned activities gym
at Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas.
Evening Activities will be held at Central AR Baton Twirling Studio and are mandatory unless
excused by camp director. 6:00-7:30 pm

Tuition: $275.00 per camper
(School sponsor may attend with camper at no cost)

Deadline: June 5th (postmark)
Late registration will be an additional $25.00


Private lessons will be available on a limited basis at an additional fee paid to the instructor.

America finalist, Featured Twirlers throughout the country, instructor to Miss Majorettes of TX, SW
Region, AR, coach/choreographer World Championship Gold Medal winner, Starla Adams, Silver
Medalist Strutter, Stephanie Walls, full time twirling/dance Instructor and studio owner.

McKinsey Ogden: Featured Twirler University of Arkansas, College Miss Majorette of AR,
representative of AR in Miss Majorette of America Pageant.

top National Competitor 3 baton, 1 baton, rhythmic twirl, Featured Twirler University of Houston.
Shelby Elder: Featured Twirler SFA State University, SW Regional 3 Baton Champ, MA
National Twirling Champion, representative of TX in Miss Majorette of America Pageant.
Jennifer Nottenkamper: Featured Twirler University of Central Arkansas, graduate of
University of Arkansas, former Miss Majorette of Arkansas, former representative of Arkansas in Miss
Majorette of America Pageant.
Additional Staff will be added to meet the needs of every twirler.

2014 Superstarzzz Day Camp Additional Information
Breakfast and Dinner will be on your own.
LUNCH will be ordered each day and delivered to the gym - you are responsible for the cost of
your lunch.

Please provide your camper with spending money for daily lunch, breakfast and dinner.

Snacks and Water will be provided to all campers during class hours at no cost. Soft drinks, junk food
and energy drinks will NOT be provided.
Daily class and activity schedules will be given to campers each morning. Attendance will be taken in
each class to ensure safety of every camper.
Camp T Shirts must be ordered and paid with registration. Very few extras will be available.

Participants Liability Release
This form must be signed by parent or guardian of participant and received by camp director before the start of
camp. Registration will not be accepted or processed without this on file.
Each of us hereby releases the SuperStarzzz Twirling Camp, Janice Jackson Seamands, Central AR Baton
Twirling, its directors, officers, agents, volunteers, and/or employees and Hendrix College from any and all
liabilities. With the acceptance of this form, the undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
SuperStarzzz Baton Twirling Camp, its directors, officers, agents, volunteers, and/or employees and Hendrix
College from any and all liability in connection with the SuperStarzzz Camp.
