    ORDER:

    In the references 1

    read above, the Managing
    Director, Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited, among other
    things, reported that the Central Sanctioning Committee and Central
    Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee have approved (8) projects under
    IHSDP of JNNURM in Andhra Pradesh. As per the modified guidelines
    issued vide Govt. Memo No. 6043/ UBS/2009, dated 22.04.2009, of
    Municipal Administration & Urban Development (USB) Department,
    under IHSDP, GOI share for Dwelling unit was enhanced from Rs.64,000/-
    to Rs. 80,000/- and requested the Government to accord administrative
    sanction for the said (8) Projects. In the references 2

    read above,
    the M.A.&U.D.(UBS) Department, among other things, requested this
    Department, to take immediate action for according administrative Sanction
    for eight (8) projects, with the sanctioned Cost of Rs.35934.30 lakhs which
    includes 3 projects, at Tirupathi also. That Department has also informed
    that unless administrative sanction is accorded, the share of GOI and
    Government of Andhra Pradesh will not be released.

    2. Government after careful consideration of the circumstances stated by
    the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited
    / Municipal Administration & Urban Development (UBS) Department in
    the references read above, hereby accord administrative sanction to

    with total Project cost of Rs.35934.30 lakhs both for dwelling units and
    infrastructure cost, as follows:

    3. Government also order that the State share of Rs.41000 per unit in
    respect of dwelling units shall be met from out of the funds available under
    IDIRAMMA Urban Housing Programme. Apart from the Government of
    India share, the Beneficiary Contribution (B.C) and Urban Local Body
    (ULB) share shall be mobilized by the beneficiaries themselves. With
    regard to Infrastructure project cost, apart from the Central Share, the State
    share shall be borne by the Municipal Administration & Urban
    Development Department, and ULB share by the respective local bodies.

    4. The Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation
    Limited/ Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Urban Finance Infrastructure
    Development Corporation, shall take necessary further action in the matter
    accordingly.

    5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.Hsg) Dept.,
    vide their U.O.No.4034/20/Expr.Hsg/10, dated 27.4.2010 and Municipal
    Administration & Urban Development Department, vide No.3307 dated
    7.5.2010 of Principal Secretary Municipal Administration & Urban
    Development Department.
